Transferring TextUp phone numbers

You can also transfer phone numbers between staff members as an administrator. Start by selecting the staff member who currently owns the TextUp phone number you want to transfer.

You should see an option to Modify TextUp Phone under their TextUp phone number. Toggle to transfer and then select the staff member or team you want to transfer the phone number to. You can search via the search bar. Click update to save your changes.
